The SCS Forest Conservation Program is headquartered in the United States, but offers forest certification services around the world through its network of regional representatives. Our representatives are typically individuals or small firms active in their own local or regional forest industry. The representatives provide regional marketing and auditing expertise, while SCS provides the services and credentials of a fully accredited certification body. Evaluation teams often consist of local representatives as well as a member of the central SCS staff.
